That the HTML email sending works fine from outlook express/windows mail/outlook, it does lead to it beig a problem with thunderbird. Has there been an update to ithunderbirs lately? That it's getting and abuse warning back from the smtp server, sounds like something in the way it's sending is comming off as spam, etc.
