Your 3com is quite an old piece of kit and I've seen issues with Officeconnect before so I'd guess that is the cause of the problem to be honest. 1) Make sure the physical switch MTU is consistent with your Hosts MTU. 2) View your NIC MTU configuration if possible. 3) Check your kernel, vswitch and port group MTU configuration Again, sorry I don't know the answer precise answer but I hope you find it or someone tells you!!!
