I've spent the last two days attempting to install RHEL 8 onto my Dell R610. There are several issues with trying to get this working properly, however the most difficult I'm dealing with right now is getting the server to boot from the USB. I followed the documentation in part 2.7.2 to create to bootable USB from an Ubuntu distro:
