pretty much every couple minutes the sound will cut out or stutter for 1 second. This happens on the main box so not a network issue as its live channels. This issue also happens on recordings. its not our sound bar as I have switched that off and had the sound direct from the tv and it also stutters/cuts out for a second every few minutes.

At certain times of the day, it would just cut off. Normally, from the moment I would turn on my computer to the moment the internet cuts off, it would be about a straight 4 hours that the internet is on. I'm trying but been over 2 hours so far. Finding the phone number was hard enough. Live chat kept dropping out. Last phone conversation went along the lines of "can you get a paper clip and put it in the reset hole for 10 seconds". I did that but of course the phone line dropped out and the problem was not resolved.
My internet is intermittently dropping for 10 seconds at a time causing me to lag out of online games and causing a great deal of frustration. Only started happening in the last 96 hours or so and my connection is to my PC and wired. My BB has been dropping out on occasions for quite a while now but tended to come back on quite quickly. Since the 30th December it drops out throughout the day and night. Lady in India said she did see a problem and arranged an engineer visit for last Thursday. However the BB sat stable from what The issue is definitely still persisting. I had a technician who was out here yesterday and yet this morning internet and phone drop. Phone has no dial tone intermittently, which is the same symptom that keeps occurring. Is there a way to escalate this to a regional supervisor? I have had more than 10 service calls and none have fixed the problem.
